I had a great deal of trouble with the blog post earlier, which is why it probably looks a bit funny...hopefully that has been corrected!
I wanted to post a couple pictures of the wedding, as we were able to have dinner on the periphery. Dinner tonight was: R - beef carpaccio, followed by a wonderful sweet and sour Turkish chicken dish -- it was wonderful! I had a repeat of the mushrooms stuffed with cheese, followed by a chicken kebab -- the first thing that wasn't stellar; rather dry, in fact! R had a repeat of his raspberry cheesecake, and I repeated the baklava -- amazing!
So -- hopefully a couple pictures of the bride and groom. Note: Not a headscarf in sight, and most of the music performed by the guitarist and combination singer/saxophonist/flutest is in English -- listening to Johnney-B-Good right now!
