Just checking in to let you know that we really did make it to England! This was for a time in considerable doubt, as when we checked in in Phoenix, the first thing we saw was "Delayed" on our flight to Chicago...and seeing that we had only one HOUR to change planes at O'Hare, it was highly problematic...the service personnel in Phoenix tried to change us around to get us to LAX and then non-stop to Heathrow -- sorry, the last two seats just checked in! They're full! So...we got off the ground 45 minutes late...arrived about half-hour late in Chicago. Fortunately we were in the first row of economy, and I was the first person off the plane ... R was third. So, talk about running through airports. We got off Concourse C27, and had to RUN to C16. I rounded the corner, and the place was deserted -- then I saw the "BOARDING" sign, and whew, we made it! Wow! So...lots to tell about our day in England, but will do it in the morning before we head for Barcelona!

Excellent! My flight to LAX was delayed this evening but I'm here and we're off to NYC, then Barcelona in the morning. See you soon. Can't wait to hear what you did in England today.
